Hi everybody,
So yesterday I was looking forward to the announcement of a RK2918 Archos 7 Tablet as part of the GEN 9. This tablet was supposed to be released in june with Android 2.3.
Not only did Archos not mention anything about this yesterday, they took down the "Home Tablet" link on their website. Is it safe to say the home tablets are now offically Arnova?
Did Archos Drop the Home Tablet Line?
Re: Did Archos Drop the Home Tablet Line?
I thought that was part of the Arnova line?
It definitely wasn't part of the Gen9 lineup, because they never announced there would be any Gen9 releases in June, only the informational release in June.
Also the Gen9 lineup is using the TI OMAP 4400 series CPUs, so I think it would have to have been part of the Arnova line. Or maybe the 7c (if it was indeed a Home Tablet).

Re: Did Archos Drop the Home Tablet Line?
Sorry for my delayed response.
The tablet I was thinking of is the 7c which I notice is being sold by archos currently. I didn't realize that itwas already on the market.
I'm a little upset that archos removed the home tablet from its website under the Android tablets link.
