Specs don't seem to indicate them.
It would be the silliest thing in the world to create a PMP/tablet without a standard 3.5mm out jack.
Is there a headphone jack?

Nevermind. I checked up on video hands-on and there are TWO headphone ports.
I guess they are taken for granted and not on specs.
