pimfg.com problem..

i ordered the 90 degrees USB adapter at pimfg and I'm not sure if this is normal but there is no record of order shown on my account. I got a confirmation email though. So i asked one of the staffs today and she said its going to be shipped out today after 5 Pacific time, THEN i will be able to view my history. She also said she will email me regarding the shipment. Its already 9 40 in Pacific time and haven't received any email and there still is no record of my order shown on my account.
She also gave me an account number when i contacted her, but i can't seem to login using it..
I see many people in this forum have ordered a cable from pimfg, and were yours like this also?
Any help would be appreciated..

I got my usb adapter from them, and I think a handful of others did too. I don't remember any significant delay in shipping. Give it a few days.

i will wait a few more days but its just strange that no record shows up on my account on pimfg.com. and I'm wondering were other people's like this too..
