Tethering with Sprint and Bluetooth

I am trying to tether my Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2 but no luck.
I know a thread exists but it doesn't seem to include my phone with Sprint.

My phone shows as paired but not connected and when I try the tethering settings the phone doesn't even appear there.

Now I tried USB too but I don't think that CDMA phones have APN (or do they??).

Can someone point me in the right direction by any chance?
