I've scoured the forum with regards to the question I am going to ask; but I'm still in a small pickle.
I'm trying to record from my Xbox 360 and PS3.
I initially wanted to record at 720p through the component input on the docking station, but I've learned that my Archos 7 cannot record at 720p.
I tried to record at 480p through component, and using phono-splitters from the TV to the dock (similar as to record with a Dazzle DVD recorder); The quality of the video wasn't bad, but was split into 2:

I've also tried to record in standard definition through composite, the 360 can output at both 50hz & 60hz.
But the game I am trying to record only runs on 60hz; which leaves me with a video like this:

I think I'm right in assuming that the Archos will not record in 60hz?
I had a similar problem recording onto my laptop through the Dazzle and had to trick it into thinking it was recording a 50hz signal through a program.
So my question: Is there anyway to get the Archos to record at 60hz?
I hope you can help me!
If you need any more information let me know!
Thank you in advanced.
Nick
