604 - Music Playlists

Hi, new member here.
I have browsed the forum for the answer to my issue but have been unsuccessful so I hope someone can help me directly.
When saving "playlists" in the music browser, why do some playlists save back in the specific folder you have extacted the tracks from and some in the master "music" folder, with no option to choose the location?

basically it will save a playlist in the last place you selected a song to put in the playlist unless you navigate to where you want to save it.

so instead of just saving, on the left pane, navigate to the playlists folder and then save.

Thanks for the prompt reply; sorry to appear a complete luddite, but I still can't fathom how to "navigate" to a peferred folder. Could you explain please.

Hi,
your 604 should be the same as my 504, so as an example when you have filled the playlist, with the focus on the left pane, use the left arrow to go back, back, etc to the music default list, go down to playlist folder, open it, then put the focus back on the right pane where the playlist is, and then the menu button will give the save command, where it will end up in the playlist folder.
