We have our first wiki spam since implementing the new user-has-to-sign-in-to-edit-wiki-pages protocol, see... http://wiki.archosfans.com/index.php?title=User:AssaCom (at least he was kind enough to keep it (for now) to his user page!)

I'm thinking we are going to need a couple WikiSysops besides just Charbax. WikiSysops can delete user accounts, pages, and other higher-end admin tasks. Either that or look into greater sign up security (captcha) for the wiki. Or this instance is just a fluke.

Yeah, good luck with that. I can't even get an answer as to why they won't from Charbax. He acts like he can't read when he sees these requests/questions, lol. I would think as the admin, answering the question would be something akin to common courtesy.

By while we are on the topic... you could just as easily (and currently) put your model number on your profile page, under interests for instance, as I have done long ago. With this case or signatures, good luck getting users to implement it.

Oh, and I personally hate signatures (which I have "disabled") and signed posts (which I cannot disable, but several here insist on).

I like signatures and signed posts. Thanks for pointing out the about forum. I posted here because I'm interested in signature's character count in this forum to provide additional space for the 5ITs model.

Hi im kind of new to the archos 7 HT, But have managed with new firmware from dom and a big thanx to him. But i having trouble with my sdcard.
I have had it since i`ve got it. It only stands "sdcard unmounted" if i have it inserted or not. Doesn`t matter.

i`ve tried.: 1. Format the sdcard in all different filesystems. FAT32,NTFS, and ExFAT. But doesn`t work
2. Format the archos with fat32, and ntfs. Doesn`t work.
3. Tried installing new firmware from the archos website, and ofc dom`s firmware v.3 and this doesn`t work.

I hope the someone can answear me. Because this is the only thing bugging my head on the archos device
