Is it possible to play youtube videos on the PMA via WiFi ?

I do not think it is possible to do, or at least not directly. youTube videos are streamed via Flash, and I have not seen a flash port/plug-in for the Opera browser.
However, if there is some supper cool video that you just have to poach.... I am certain
you can find a conversion tool to hack the flash video into a more friendly PMA movie format.

I have tried this with good results, however, a long video (~9min) converted had problems keeping the audio in sync.
