AV500E continually playing video

I turned my AV500E on and when it loaded up a tutorial video started playing. I am unable to get this video to stop playing. I even attempted to remove the battery and when I replaced it and powered it back on, I got the same issue. Has anyone ever heard or seen something like this?

Havent heard of it but try to connect to computer and delete the tutorial video (at least cut it to somewhere in the pc)
