TV program guide update: dutch channels no program !

On my 605 archos 160 gb wifi the TV program guide update: dutch channels no program available.
I tried to update via wifi and via archoslink every thing works but no dutch epg !!
Please help !!!

Well, I can help you on the guide issue, same thing happened to me. I finally stumbled onto this fix: 1. log into your account on Archos's web site under "MY Account". 2. Click on "Manage Products" tab. 3. Click on your device icon. 4. Go to the bottom of the page and you'll see an "Update" tab opposite "TV Program Guide available for owners of DVR Station" click this and enter your provider information. After this is done go back to your device and update your guide.

I have got the same problem for BVN on my TV+. No solutions though!

Same problem here ! Archos has nice ideas but does NOT follow through on original plans nor on promises (FM remote for 605.....). Furthermore they are not listening to custoemrs (e.g. GPS with EU map for 605 without buying a whole new machine...).

In short, I use(d) the guide every day for daily comedy archiving but that is not possible anymore now...
I did not try to hjack a solution yet as I think we as simple users should not be bothered with remedying faults made by Archos.

I think the issue lies with the TV guide data provider, TVTV.co.uk (or similar). If you go to their website, all the Dutch TV listings are missing there too. I've sent them an email to see what they know

Thanks;You send it to tvtv uk ? Or the dutch version of tvtv ?
On the dutch side there is a message that they only send 1 day epg for tv channels due to contracts...
I hope that it will be solved. When i update now it reads epg for 2 weeks.

Here is the reply I got from TVTV . . .

Dear customer,
unfortunately no data has been available for several dutch and belgian channels in the past few days.
The error which caused this problem has been corrected already and data will be available again very soon.

It is working again for the Dutch channels. Even can see a few days ahead contrary to other online info..........
