Newbie Help with Archos 605 4Gb WiFi

I have recently purchased a Archos 605 4Gb WiFi with the helmet camera and whilst I can get just over 2 hours out of the battery and recording on to the internal flash memory I have a few questions which I hope someone can help answer;

External Battery Question
A friend bought a complete 605 4Gb WiFi on eBay and got a load of accessories one of which was an external battery pack that plugged in to the DVR Travel Adapter, it had Connectland marked on it but I can't locate it on the web.
1) Where can I purchase this Connectland 4AA Battery pack with lead to plug in to the DVR Travel Adapter?

Memory Card Questions
2) How do I get the Archos to record direct to the memory card instead of the internal Flash memory?

I know this has probably been answered elsewhere but......

3) What is the largest SD card I can use?

hey man

can't help you on the first question, however to get your archos to record to sd card all you have to do is have your archos in the dvr station or mini dock. Select the TV record, Then go onto the tab where you can see the tv, go to menu>settings and simply change it to external memory. As for the highest capacity sd card, i think its a 16gb one.

Thanks it does kind of answer my question although as I'm trying to use the DVR Travel Adapter with helmet camera rather than record from the TV and as I don't have either the DVR Station or Mini Dock I'm a little stuck......is it even possible?

sorry i don't own a dvr travel adapter or a helmet cam, however search around in the settings for each and maybe you'll find something there.

As for the highest capacity sd card, i think its a 16gb one.

I think the highest capacity you can get is 32gb sdhc (secure disk high capacity.)

Thanks for the info. Still trying to locate an external battery pack that and info on whether the 605 will record direct to SD card whilst using the DVR travel adaptor and camera so if anyone can help please let me know.
