I have a Nexus 7 never had any problems with it, archos is junk compared to it. The 7 " is a bit small compared to a 10 " (have the 101 g9 turbo), just waiting for an excuse to buy the nexus 10.

That said I love that I can load my raw camera files to the archos and view them there when I'm away ...

I'm having all kinds of weird Battery based issues like fast drain, periodically slow charge notification and wrong battery percentage info (like 35 % before restart 100 % after). If any of you know the program "Carat" I get a score of 8 out of 100 and that must be very bad.

I used an hd cable should be flexible enough, but I just glued the USB port to the tablet (don't use 3g).

Hi don't waist time on the pencel thing doesn't work, ended up changing the cable.

1. Cut the former cable loose.
2. Cut a new cable from an old IDE cable (ata100).
3. Now the spacing doesn't fit, so you have to strip the wires.

Got a working Full USB port now, switched the cable (It was a huge pain in the ass). It is not a software issue, it is a hardware issue.

Can now confirm that the full USB is not a software issue but a hardware issue, after a lot of patients i tried to move the sliding port a little bit at until it connected.

Full size usb don't work either, tried with usb hd and with usb flash pen. Works over micro usb though.

I'm having charging issues now! The tablet get at times random slow charge notifications.
The table charged all night and was at 5% next day, when I shut down the tablet and restarted it was at 85%.
