Not anymore. I have removed all my development stuff and, next to that, I have been out of it too long. It would take too much time and I don't have archos devices anymore.aleste2 wrote:Can you build it for the 7C just like the basic eclair that you prepared some time ago, or it takes too much work? Re: custom rom Gingerbread 2.3.7: 7htv2_gingerbread.06
As the mediafire links were outdated and and as it seems that they are removed every 6 months, I uploaded the rom to my public dropbox location.
I only had the 7htv2_gingerbread.06_calibrate.zip version left.
See the very first post for an update.

Hey hvdwolf
Many thanks for your work on this.
I installed your gingerbread-rom and it works very cool and very smooth - except the calibration.
I'm not able to calibrate my screen correctly.

Hi guys,
Im using birdiebnl's rom, and have noticed there are remnants of the mobile 3G settings in there.
I am currently trying the hacked version of the Skygo app for watching Sky tv, and it appears that Sky are looking for a valid IMEI number for it to stream content. There are several ways of ...

Re: Best Firmware Available
However Birdie's Last Froyo is absolutely flawless! Everything works perfectly and it even automatically updated to the new Google Play (Market). None of the other roms did that for me.
And that was for a very good reason!!

Last Sunday my Archos 7HTV2 got unusable. The A7HTV2 only has soft buttons and many parts of my screen were not "touch sensitive" anymore for a few months already (which I also mentioned in several posts): Calibration didn't work at all (I always had to pack a backup of calibration settings for my ...

Hi.
Actually, I can't install the 07 version you uploaded. It complains that the file is corrupt.
It says:
Found a invalid firmware image file '/flash/update.img'. Would you like to delete it?
Could there be a space issue? It seems that the new ROM version is 2Mb bigger than the previous ...

W.r.t. zeam: One launcher needs to be a system launcher. I choose for zeam. You can never remove it but you can easily install another launcher.
