it happened to me till i just reformated the internal memory ( and the SDHC flash ) after that my archos is runig fine , i hope that helps in some way , my problem began when i installed my sdhc flash and didnt formated the 1sth time , then i did what i said before and is great now ....

i have this SDHC ( 8gb ) , and so far is working fking great

isn't the " Playing music while browsing " option already available ? , i think i saw some sticky on this forum on how to do this , so plz remove that option :P ....

one more , everytime i turn off my archos the time/hour will reset to 7 am and year 2007 , i synchronice it again and i will do the same s_ _t ....

i think the cons are few vs Pros , i still want to have with me ^^ , and i hope it last more than 2 years :P

i just put an 8gb flash (thats not the bug ), but everytime i try to copy over 200mb ( or more than 5 files with that capacity ) , its just not gonna copy that to my 605 (i can copy 5 files 1sth , but the next 5 wont copy ), i have to unplug it from the PC and then just plug it back , and now i can ...

so here is the deal , when i try to update (AOS already on root ) , then unplug it from pc and go to the update firmware , then why is asking me to reconect the usb if the instructions say this :

Generation 5 products: Once you disconnect the USB cable, the device will recognize the new update ...
