External Hard Drive

Hello All, excellent forum

Quick question. I know that it is possible to attach an external hard drive to the DVR Station and it can be used to view any movies on the external drive.

Quesion is - if you are recording onto the 605 can it record directly to the external drive attached to the DVR station, or will it only record to the internal hard drive?

i think it will only record on the internal hdd, although you should be able to move it over to the external one easy.
