no more Archos fan, terrible postsales

Sadly, I am no more an Archos fan. I did the huhe mistake to buy directly with Archos Diamond directly from the website. After 6 months, the usb connector was dammaged; impossible to recharge the phone. According to the postsales, this is due to a "not regular use" of the device (a reply after 2 weeks). The device is then no more covered by the guarantee. It also impossible for Archos to repair their own device even by paying them. That's ridiculous.

will go to Samsung next time; If you read me avoid this compagny.
