music app problems

Can anyone help, on, my 101 250gb in the music app that came with the tablet the albums are not in a-z order but in artist order the name/date preference does not change anything .if I download any other music app every thing is fine ,BUT I cannot use these apps because I keep getting a hard drive icon appearing in the bottom right which causes the tablet to mute every few seconds I have deleted and reinstalled music and have updated to 4.0.7 what am I doing wrong.

Thanks for your reply ,not a good start for a new device ,would you know why I can't get my albums in a-z order
