I'm glad you've got good range. I'm not certain whether all version 5 boards on 101 models have inferior BT radios/antennas or that I have yet another 101 with hardware problems. Maybe someone else with a version 5 board can report in. My point and frustraton with the Archos brand is a lack of quality control, which makes it difficult to reliably pick peripheral accessories--just look at the USB host port failures on 101 models, which seems to be affecting 101s with version 6 boards. I can tell you that I have no interest in buying another Archos tablet.

I hope I don't wind up wishing I got a xoom instead

I bought a pair of these off the Ebay. Great headphones. Work great.

I too can vouch for the rocketfish RF-MAB2 headset. GREAT battery life and pretty good sound.

Just bear in mind that there tends to be a lag between audio and video, so you can't really use them to quietly play XBOX360's Dance Central, because it will throw you off-beat. But it can be acceptable for watching video if you're not a Synch-stickler. Awesome for music and video chatting though. (www.REELPLAYER.COM works between my wife's laptop and my A70 perfectly!)

ok new A10IT showed up today, pairs and works fine with the Backbeat 903+
had to recalibrate the touchscreen though.
what's with those songs that come preloaded? yuck!

anyone can confirm whether Nokia BH 503 works on Archos 101 stock froyo ?
I'm hearing these "board 5 / 6" issues . Not sure of my board version . But mine is pretty new version , didnt require FW update when I got it a few months back .

I intend to buy the Nokia BH 503 , a good deal in place .

please someone help , or suggest how to check the board version & whether board-6 would work for my Nokia BTH ??
