Odd then that I had to end up writing to the top man to get a response to my problems back in June. I couldn't find a UK tech support number anywhere. Plus there's not much use having an email system if it marks everything as spam, but hopefully Archos have sorted that out now. Archos do primarily rely on the retail chain to deal with problems.

I mean seriously, HP has no future? So they can't survive without Archos. Maybe I'm reading this wrong or I need another cup of coffee.

Or the other way around, email HP to tell them how wrong their PDA designs are and that their only chance to having a future is if they partner with Archos or offer to do an acquisition. Although I don't think Henri Crohas wants to sell his company cause he knows his company is worth much more then the current market capitalization, at least not until some cool company like Google might sign a deal that the goals of the company and the teams aren't going to change even if they are acquired. Where the only reasons to being acquired would be to be able to expand the R&D department greatly, work with more developpers, to be able to afford a much larger production capacity more quickly, afford to do more advertising, branding, marketing and afford to do better distribution.

Funny how right I was, Google is now buying hardware companies, they pay $12.5 Billion for Motorola, why not Archos next, they can use Archos prior art to destroy all Apple/Microsoft lawsuits on the Tablet concept and use Archos R&D to design the next Nexus Tablet reference designs for the world.
