Err, yeah, that's why Google Play has plenty of "App to SD" apps.
Read up on the differences between Android <= 2.3 and Android >= 3, especially how flash memory is handled.

Archos 80 G6 updated free to ICS with 32G SD card will allow file manager to cut and paste apps and data from internal memory to SD card, just done it but took me for ever to find file manager - 'Files' !

I think you can try Android Transfer. This is a wonderful data transfer tool by RecoveryAndroid. You can install and run the program. When you connect your Andorid to PC, it will scan phone data and show you in categories. You can find the "App" category and select the items. Then just confirm by one click, and the program will help you install Android apps on SD card.
