Connecting Archos Gamepad to TV

I was looking for a way to connect my archos to my TV to view in a larger HDTV screen and found a cable called CouchConnect. It works great. I believe their company only allows you to order a sample on http://www.mycouchconnect.com

What is it exactly?. Seems to me that is a normal hdmi cable, isn´t it?.
I have gamepad 2 and I connect it to my tv using a normal hdmi to mini hdmi cable. I also use the cable with other tablets I have.

I have a 60" TV so the cable was long enough to reach from my couch to the TV.
