Platinum Smartphones

Any word on when the smartphones will be coming out, in any region? I assume people will be wanting a forum section for them soon, as it's the first image that comes up on the Archos site (at least the US site).

I just don't want people opening threads in all different sections of the forum to discuss the phones.

im not holding my breath atm, this is because archos already announced a mobile phone some years ago before giving up, then there is the archos home tv, advertised as avalible end of feb if memory serves, well still no show.
if the machines come to light then i agree we will need a forum, but atm its still a distant dream

There are new versions of chefpad and some 13 inch pad... maybe need to generalize the gamepad description or add another misc category for latest generation?

P.S. We might benefit if we could switch on a flagging system that lets folks give likes or thanks to posters... there are a few helpful users soldiering on with little acknowledgement. Other forums seem to benefit from that.

P.P.S. We get almost daily spamming from China who stick in epub convertor ads embedded in general news releases. Doesn't seem to slow them down by killing their IP, email, etc.
