Haypi (and others) accounts already exist???

We have tried downloading a number of 'MMO' style games (including Haypi) but rather than being invited to register the system believes that we we already have an account.

Has anyone else experianced this? if so what is the fix?

I've got the same problem in Haypi I'm already registered as Jbryant. Is it the same for you? I already tried a full reformat but it didn't help. Thought it had something to do with the hacked market but the problem also exists when using a fresh system an download via appslib...
