What about playback of Flac and wma via the built-in speakers? Sound used to be corrupt.

Not fixed, but it wasn't in the release notes either.

Browser seems a bit faster, but still performance issues. When you scroll through long pages, you can still see it render from time to time. Keyboard input slightly improved, but I still notice some lag as I'm typing this.

I note that an issue with obtaining free sample books through Android Market has been resolved. On the last firmware, it wasn't possible to do this (on my tablet anyway).

I also had this issue on the previous firmware version, along with an issue when downloading some (but by no means all) apps.
After installing the newest firmware, I still have these problems, getting the following error messages.

When trying to download free or sample ebooks: ["Error while processing purchase"]
When trying to install certain apps: ["The application market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly"], followed by a [Force close] of the Market app.

The firmware update did, however, resolve an issue I had with updating the Google Maps app.

I can no longer mount a new USB device without rebooting. The trick by disabling and enabling the 3G USB port no longer works for me.

Does anyone know if haptic feedback is working again? Also, can you revert back to the previous firmware?

I'm new here, although I read all the posts already for a long time. I'm owner of a 101G9 since almost two weeks now. Yesterday I also installed this new firmware, but couldn't find a real difference in use.

But, there are some things that I like to be added to future firmwares. Don't think it are all bugs:

1. When playing music through SMB from my NAS there is no coverart showed. Would love to see that working.
2. Sometimes when I take my archos out of standby, I can see the 'back' button flickering and being 'pressed' without touching the screen. Guess it has something to do with calibration, but when I put it in standby again and get it out of standby (by pressing the power button two times), the problem is gone.
3. Sliding through pictures using the picture viewer (swipe from picture to picture fullscreen) is not very smooth.
4. The Photo Frame app doesnt show the pictures full screen (there is still the Android menu bar). Wouldn't it be possible to show fullscreen?
5. There is a annoying lag sometimes when using the keyboard. Hope this will be fixed soon.
6. Where is the vibration function? I thought this tablet would have it.

Haptic feedback didn't seem to be working for me.
I can't even see the option in the settings.
And this is pretty much the only thing that does annoy me, all other issues I can live with.

This was also happening with earlier firmwares, but I think the Youtube app (the wall with videos) is almost impossible to navigate. When I swipe it rushes through the videos and even with a small swipe it seems to give a big push to the videos. Only when I move and stop and only take my finger off the screen after I stopped, that's when it seems to respond as I would expect.

I noticed this in the regular videos menu. It looks real nice but it's difficult to just select a video to play.

One other thing I noticed is the battery is behaving differently. It may be me but it seems to drain faster and charger slower. If I have it plugged in while watching netflix it still drains the battery. Also it has locked up on me three times in one day doing that.

To me it seems since 3.2.69 there more 'hickups' and I even got a complete freeze in Maps. Only thing I could do was turn it off and on.

Other thing I saw that sometimes when opening or closing an application half the screen has some strange green pattern for a short period of a second. This dissapears and then the app starts.

Logically, you need to confirm..... is the source audio level just changing (dont forget each internet source has its own level) or is the actual volume level of the device (denoted by the number of bars on the volume indicator) changing. You have to be more specific! ;)
