Not sure if i have the same problem, but from time to time when i try to shut my tablet off i cant, the power button dosent respond nor can i access.the deep sleep option. This is very random.and is driving me nuts

How many aps did you have open? I noticed it only when I was using several memory hogging aps. I just hat to hold it down a little longer than normal. Maybe if it will not shut off go and close some of your aps. Just a suggestion.

Try disabling rhe screen timeout in settings.

Ive closed basicly all apps even system apps but still power button fails to work, ive noticed also after the screen times out it takes me ages to get the power back on. Ive also tried disabling timeout but no luck

I am not having that issue but I am having an issue when trying to turn on. Sometimes mine doesn't want to turn on. I have to press the power button numerous times just to wake it. I did not have this problem before the update.
