Archos 101xs

Hiya there I'm a newbie here hello to everyone. One problem I have with the archos 101xs it won't connect to the cloud in say places like the weatherspoons it just keeps saying connecting but doesn't connect. It connects to the WiFi at home with no problem at all, any help would be grateful
