archos 101 xs 2 not detecting keyboard

I bought this tab in Germany three weeks ago, was working well till yesterday. If I dock tab on keyboard, it doesn't recognize keyboard at all. Can someone help me on this topic.

Hi,
Have you tried a little gentle pressure on the base of the keyboard under the contact area. I have experienced a slight issue before on the xs 1. It prefers docking when the keyboard is on a hard surface. I think due to the thin keyboard, any slight bend may affect contact.
