Archos Support? Is there any?

I have several times asked for support, I should get it within 2 days,
but now, about 2 months later and 6 or 7 messages send, still nothing.
Is there anybody who had an answer, or e-mail, different from the message that
the mesage is send to tech team, and they will reply in about 2 days?
I wonder, is there any tech team?
Or only a forum with complains and problems with products?

I know Facebook isn't everyone's favorite, but they will respond very quickly if you drop a message over at the Official Archos page on Facebook.

Click "Customer Support" (with the big red button) in the middle of the screen, and then go ahead and fill out your info.
