Arnova 10b G3 and Comixology

I'm considering getting an Arnova 10b G3 to use as a colour reader. The only reason I want it is for the Comixology app. So I've been reading the forums and I see that Google Play isn't included which would be fine if not for this, but there's a workaround or custom roms. Can anyone confirm that Comixology is compatible with the Arnova 10b G3 though?
