Unable to use brand new 10 G2

Hi,

First time post from a new user so I hope I include all of the information you require.

I have gone through the set up process, selected and activated the wi-fi network but the browser refuses to acknowledge that a connection exists. Thinking that this might be a firmware issue, I have downloaded the latest .IMG file from the Arnova site only to find that the file cannot be dropped into the root as instructed, cannot be copied to disc and cannot be opened in Zip or Winimage.

Given that this is already a replacement device as the USB function was faulty on my first unit, I am somewhat frustrated. Is there an easy way to get obtain the correct, up to date versions of everything for this unit so that I can actually start using it?
