who do i return this rubbish to...

Hello,
After putting up with crashes while watching streamed/stored video, choppy sound, unexplained reboots, catch up typing, poor battery life and crashes and resets while web browsing...I can take no more and will be returning the unit. I bought it online, from curryies(uk) so who do I return it to, archos or the online shop ?

My first 80 G9 was definitely faulty. The second one works perfectly except when playing flash video in the stock browser. It crashes after 10-15 minutes 90% of the time - not just the browser but the whole tablet. I don't appear to have problems playing YouTube video, which plays via the YouTube app and this works whether or not Adobe Flash Player is installed, so the finger of blame does point to Flash. I haven't experienced problems playing MP4 movies either locally stored or over the LAN, again suggesting it's a Flash issue.

It's Archos' fault.
Whatever they did to android is causing the crashes.
My acer a200 is rock solid, not a single crash when streaming flash.

Something is wrong on arch├┤shoneycomb wth flash. It freezes. I hope ICS resolve the issue. My wife HTC view plays flash with no issue. Its only single cote 1.5
Good I do not a lot of flash. Even Archos 70 it worked better with froyo
