Tethering the 101 to an Android Phone

Can anyone help me tether my 101 to an android phone (Orange Sanfrancisco AKA ZTE Blade).

I have rooted the phone and tried a few apps but I cant seem to get it to work.

I'd prefer Bluetooth PAN, but I'd settle with USB or turning the phone into a wifi hotspot (Infrastructure mode).

Are there any apps out there that are know to work that you'd recommend?
