I have this protector and it is amazing. I posted a more full review of it yesterday, but it seems the mods deleted it for some reason? I can't believe how good it works with keeping the finger prints off! after a day of using my 101 without the protector it was a mass of greasy fingerprints. after a day with the protector on there is not a single print. it's spotless. truly unbelievable product.

I bought Skinomi from Amazon for $10 and what a waste of money. After struggling to put it on (many tries), I finally gave up. The protector will stick to your fingers and LCD and it's very hard to squeegie the bubbles out. So far my 101 doesn't look too bad naked.

I bought a Zagg InvisibleSHIELD for my Huawei S7 and it was also a bit challenging to work with. I took my time and sprayed the hell out it and my fingers before applying. Looks good overall, except one particle that got trapped. Sounds like the Skinomi is very similar. I ordered mine the other day. Should be here this week.

I read on another forum that Zagg was going to release an invisibleShield for the Archos 101.

Anyone have any further details on this?

well... i finally got my skinomi screen protector, and it was just awful... this coming from a guy who used to work at a print shop during college and did a lot of decal installment on cars, i put a damn fine layer of the liquid, had the help of another person and still i had a lot of bubbles, did my best to take them off, and even with my tricks of the trade they didnt helped much.

If anyone has a successful story from skinomi, i give my complete congratulations to you. Me? i will wait for a company like Zagg to put out a version for the archos, if they do not, i will have to buy the iPad version and customize it myself, since all the ones i have used from them, they all have worked great.

Overall, Skinomi = Long wait for the product (almost 15 days), poor product, but it is cheap, guess we get what we pay for

@sdho: I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on this one, they seem very similar to the Martin Fields screen protectors that I have used for years on my phones and PDAs (they haven't got any for the 101 as of yet unfortunately).

Got this screen protector yesterday: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.15119. It fits almost perfect, so I would recommend it. Got a couple of small bubbles though, but that's only because i wasn't 100% thorough.

I ordered the full cover (29.99) instead of the screen cover only (19.99).

I have heard great things about their replacement policy.. and I intend to get my 30.00 out of it.

BTW use "ZAGG20" promo code for 20% off.

I bought the same one.

My A101 is no longer a mirror =D>

This took a while to get to me because it shipped from China. Definitely worth the wait. I can now use my A101 outdoors in the shade.

I really appreciated the packaging, the instructions, the tools (including test piece), and the 3 instructional videos.

This was my first screen protector ever so it took me a while. The videos really helped because it demonstrated using clear packing tape to lift the protector to get rid of dust after you've "finished".

I wore latex gloves as shown in the video and applied the protector in three sessions:
1. Got bubbles and dust off of wide mid-section - applied to entire screen
2. Got bubbles, dust and latex fingerprints off one end
3. Got bubbles, dust and latex fingerprints off other end

I positioned mine with about a 1mm border on all four sides. I like not having to go all the way to the edge.

I gave the seller, ele-pop, a 5 star rating.

I also confirm that fingerprints are not very noticeable.

Bottom Line: I'm very happy with this Anti-glare Screen Protector for $9.97.

Ive seen this one for a very cheap $8

http://cgi.ebay.com/Screen-Protector-Ar ... 483eaf1fb0

Or this one at the other end of the scale

http://www.zagg.com/invisibleshield/arc ... hields.php

So I was wondering if double the price bought you double the quality? Anyone have experience with these?

Yes i got the full coverage one for my archos 101 for 29.99, which isnt bad considering their warrantees.

Edit: I guess I should add that I haven't applied it yet. I'm waiting to hear back from my friend who has applied many zagg covers to his iPads, to see if they are difficult or if there are any tricks.
