Micro SDHC Class 4 OK?

Post by Tryphosa »

Hello

I have the SSD version (8700) of the 70IT and need to add a microSDHC card.

Should I get a Class 10 card, or is a 8GB Kingston microSD Class 4 work fine?

Thank you.

I think the only practical effect of a higher class card is in the writing speed to it by your computer, which i hardly care about. The a70 probably can function at full speed even with class 2. What i did was put my money into size rather than speed... a micro 64gb sdxc card works fine once its reformatted to fat32 (i had to do this with a samsung to make it look like a big sdhc). Wow, its awesome that slim little device can hold umpteen videos now.
