cinema plugin

Post by Tommo »

I have just purchased the cinema plugin for my 70 250gb. In the email Archos say to drag the plugin into "internal storage" . This section doesn't appear when I connect to PC. I found a hint to just connect to my email through the Archos and it would automatically download to the device without drag and drop. I tried this, it says that the download is complete, and then says do I want to update the firmware cinema plugin. When I click ok, it then says update failed. This update is for another unit (213). What is 213?

dunno, but plugins are only valid for the specific machine they were bought for (serial no?) so it sounds like a mixup in ID could be the snag.
