ERROR (Code: 7) No system image found

My Archos PMA400 was reformated using fat32 and then I copied the aimage.img file from PMA400_1_14-2 onto the PMA400 hard drive, but there is no "system" folder for coping the aimage.img file into like the instructions show. When the PMA400 is rebooted I get the message: "ERROR (Code:7) No system image found" Can anyone help me with information on how to remedy this problem? Thanks!
