Archos 704TV and Problems with BBC1 and BBC2

Can anyone help?

My Archos 704TV works fine except when I watch either BBC1 or BBC2. When watching just these channels the unit will restart, goes back to the Archos main screen and returns me to the menu screen. Alternatively when first loading either of these channels the screen does not settle, if you know what I mean (the picture is a screen of diagonal lines, but with sound).

I have asked Archos Tech. Support, normal stuff, reformat, reload firmware. Done all of this but the unit still does this, but it is just these 2 channels, every other channel is fine? The signal is very strong. The only thing that I can think of is that I have 2 ariels on the roof, one for London and one for southern, I therefore get 2 very good Freeview feeds, as the unit can only store 100 channels it is overwriting some of them I guess, could this cause the problem maybe?

What I need is a way of manually tuning the unit to see if this fixes the problem.

Any help would be welcome.
