Archos RMA time

Hi all just a quick querie about a 97B Titanium that I sent away on the 7th of November with a charging issue.

I sent it too the address they provided with the RMA confirmation via DPD Next day service and it was recived on the 8th, seeing that it had been receieved I thought ok cool just wait a week or so for it to be recieved in France.

After nearly 3 weeks there is still no updates at all on the online tracker and I have called them several times enquiring as to where it is and I have been told different things on each call including;
"The website hasn't been updated and it has been recieved by us"
"We have messaged the repair team to look into it"
And
"You have to allow up to 6 weeks for it to be recieved."

I'm just a bit curious as to what my next move should be.
