Western Digital External Hard Drive Passport WD800U017

Hi,
I had a WD hard drive,when plugged into the computer, it is NOT recognized, therefore we are unsure of the exact hard drive size. Please let me know how to solve this problem.

better late than never.. it's probably 80 gigs. You can search WD's site or google using the model number
