AV380 Firmware?

AV380 Firmware?

Hello All.

Just been given a AV380, when turned on, it's asking me to re-install FIRMWARE.
I've been to the Archos site, looked for AV380, but it's coming up with AV300 series Firmware. Is this the same FIRMWARE that goes onto the AV380 please?
