Only archos I saw was archos 7, for media device or something.

Netflix uses microsoft's silverlight for streaming.
There is no android plugin for silverlight.

I believe the hard drive is digitally signed/drm'ed.
You cannot swap out or replace the built in drive-i think.

Angstrom linux has been available as a seperate download for quite a while.
once installed you get the icon and ability to boot into a bootloader.

Just saw on a tech blog,it has hit the states as the 70c.

It is a tablet running android,you can not put vista on it.
There is no official flash version yet.

If you have no desire to do some basic research, have no patience to learn what you are doing-return the tablet.

My 70 conects to my wireless n only network just fine.

The current hardware does not support multitouch,there is no fix for this.
Supposedly the next versions will be true multitouch.

According to the official archos tech specs, wmv9/vc1 is supported.

Shipped units do not equal sales.

The archos is not a tegra 2 device,so i do not expect a great deal of upgradeability.
