Re: New Vid Conversion
Hey all As in my previous message i noted i had left the app splitting files at 2mb, rather than the 920MB limit - this was an oversight left over from testing. So heres the corrected version. Re: New Vid Conversion
@pumba - everyone ive had a look at my code, and i think your problem is coming from an older settings file left over from a previous install - so with the version below, once you have uninstalled the old version, if you then delete the C:\Program Files\FreeComp folder before installing the new vers...

Re: New Vid Conversion
As an aside to anyone using this app with the default settings, it can appear that the transcoding is slow - this is because these settings really are maxed out for high quality. if anyone is finding it too slow then let me know and ill suggest some settings to speed things up

Re: Newbie question - Best format for videos

Like yourself i struggled to find a good app that does what i want. If you check my previous post on this forum, i have ...

New Vid Conversion
Hi all, I have written my own video conversion app for any player, but with the 7HT in mind. There are plenty out there that will convert, but most will output to mp4. I prefer to keep mine as avi, hence my reasoning. I dont like how the 7HT scales videos (to get rid of black bars), i figured i woul...
