Re: no cookies in Xscope?

There is a setting which will clear your history / cache / etc when you exit xScope. My guess is that you have it set to clear on close / exit. EDIT: click menu button - settings - scroll down to the second setting under "Application" and uncheck "Clear cache on EXIT". Curious to know if this helps...

Re: no cookies in Xscope?

Yep, works fine with default browser. Auto login only doesn't work after a reboot, but it works fine if I close the browser and reopen it.

I couldn't find one with syntax highlighting but there is a good one called TxtPad Lite available on the Android market.

That would be pretty awesome. Unfortunately it is useful on almost all android devices currently as most are already phones. maybe once more non-phone android tablets are released.

Re: 3D Games working/not working

Yea, the NES and below emulators work well, but the SNES emultor is pretty much unusable for games like Super Mario World. Good thing Super Mario World is also available on the GBA emulator. If we ever get 2.2 that would be awesome, but by then I'll probably already have something much better. I'm t...

Re: 3D Games working/not working

Oh I see. Does that mean that the emulators are still going to suck on our devices even with OpenGL support? If so I've been waiting all this time for nothing.

Michael
I may be wrong here but I'm pretty sure OpenGL is used for 2D as well.

I get that problem once in a while. It should go away on its own. Try rebooting your device and see if that does anything.

Re: battery is dying.

My device doesn't last nearly as long as it did when I first bought it months ago. I think it's just from the age and abuse.

As for OpenGL? I found my battery lasts about an hour or two MAX if I'm playing a game like speedforge or ragingthunder2 on full brightness with volume.

Re: 3D Games working/not working

Raging Thunder 2 won't play for me either. Just sits on the screen that says it's got to copy one time to sd card. :( Are you talking about the full version? Because the lite version works great. It never told me it needed to copy to SD card so maybe that is just a feature of the full version. I pr...

Can you give a little more detail on what you are doing to close your app? Maybe paste some code for us to look at.

I'm not sure, as I bought the full version about 5 seconds after I played with the free one. I love XScope G. :) :D

How come when I set a page to autologin (such as this forum) in XScope it doesn't work? Does XScope not support cookies?

Re: New fav homescreen app ADW.Launcher

It's the strangest app. On the face of it, it looks like nothing special, but it has all these hidden features. So who here reads a manual anyway? There is the ability to shove the "tray" out of the way, and, in the vacated space, place up to 6 "fav" apps, which will then be there, available but hi...

You can also download an app called "Home Switcher" which lets you quickly switch between home screen apps if you have a lot.
