A friend has just given me a Gmini 220, but I have NO WAY of charging it or transfering any files to it. It will not turn on, or do anything.

Has anyone got any spare charger and USB cables??? PLEASE. Or know where I can get some. Had a look on Ebay, can't see any.

Well, I use my GEN 4 travel adapter on my 605 160gb, and it does the same as it did on my 404.

It charges and records off the TV. So I can't see why it shouldn't work on yours. Unless someone know better.

You will find, if you plug your USB lead into the 605, then into the USB part of the BATTERY DOCK, it will charge whilst you are watching.

It does on mine.

I can open the games up, but for some reason, once the game has started, I can't do anything else with the game. Ie, NO CONTROL over what I'm meant to do.

1. Looking on the Archos web site, you don't need to "safely remove hardware" goto page 56. Thats only if your running Xp or Higher.

I have just odered a Battery Dock today 27/02/08 for the 605

When it turns up, I will attach it to my 404 and see if it will charge the 404
