Not cheap, but Noreve do a very good one that I have just bought for mine - it fits perfectly with holes for camera and speaker. I've had a Noreve case for my Archos tablet for nearly a year and it still looks like new.
There are cheaper ones on Amazon, but I don't know what their quality is like.

Why not seperate the issue of earphones and bluetooth reciever... especially if you already have earphones you like? I just got the cheapest bt reciever, and i can plug it into a big stereo system or into this or that earphone depending on the situation.
