Problem resolved :

First uninstalled gApps4Archos and also in Files there was a file as well which I removed.

Rebooted Archos and was then able to enter account via Market when prompted.

Had device for a year with these apps on. All I want to do is add a Gmail account under the Account & & SYNC settings. I have a Yahoo account set up Ok, but unable to add an additional accont only a Corporate account is available.

Hi,

Can't download this ArchosHDVideoTransfer.exe from the Official Archos Website using Archos 32. When downloaded to PC ( Windows ) and transfered to Archos will not open file on the device.

What am I doing wrong ?

Also is there a better file manager than on the device as it time consuming to ...

The apps that are pre-installed are technically not "installed" yet. At least they weren't with the A70. During the initial setup it asks you if you want the 3rd party apps. These are the ones it is talking about. Some of them are formatted specifically for the Archos devices. You can also download ...

Thanks for the prompt reply, the Archos was second hand from ebay and the previous user must have uninstall the apps when they removed personal stuff from the device.

Recently bought a 32 so a naive novice as far as apps are concerned.

Why does on the Archos Website for the 32 under Technical Specs state that - Pre-installed applications ÔÇó Deezer, Ebuddy, Mewbox, Raging Thunder Lite, Touiteur, Quickpedia .

Then on the Appslib website it say for the Archos 32 ...
