I have the android market on my device now but it seems t not let me download apps it starts and says downloading but never actually does anything ?

When i try to install this it says This program only works for eclairs ? what is happening here and how do i fix ?

How do i Get my Divx movies to work ?
I have an archos 101 and i have tried putting them on my device bt only the sound plays, no picture. how do i solve this problem ?
