XDA-developers is down again.

Re: [ROM] UrukDroid 0.6
With UrukDroid 0.6 you install it on SD Card. Sd card gets formatted, but this does not touch your currently installed Android (witch is located in internal storage). You may (during install) choose to copy currently installed Apps to UrukDroid - it's not recommended, but you can try (if it wont ...

Re: PlayOn Client FINALLY released for Android
Playon originally was made so you can watch those channels on your TV. So basically you have Playon Server on your PC, then via xbox 360 and I think also PS3 you can go to the media center and your console can connect to your PC so it can project on your TV those channels. So now with this app you ...

Re: [ROM] UrukDroid 0.6
Apps2sd doesn't really store all apps to sd. Probably about 50-70% and the rest are still in internal. Uruk method stores everything on sd plus the actual archos rom. This ia good for those who are out of space already like I was.

Re: [ROM] UrukDroid 0.6
Much of "smoothness" depends of card controller - witch is not described by card class level. Best way is to try get card witch is already tested - from this thread . Or do test of your own card (on Uruk 0.6 run "iobench.sh" from root) and see if it's metadata score is above average - witch is 250 ...

Just did it this morn'n on my 70. Very easy to do and you don't need Linux to do it, it formats the SD card and installed perfect. I also used arctools to load market on it. Whew.. just having 1gb storage space is priceless as well as all else it does. Deff worth doing. I used a 4gb class 2 sandisk ...

Re: [ROM] UrukDroid 0.6
This is great. So far 900+mb of storage space to start. i've added so many apps already and still have 500+mb of space left. This also includes option to hide screen menu buttons in Urukconfig options. Very quick and easy. The only thing is speed is dependent on sd card class type. They recommend ...

You can download gallery 3d from the market which looks similar to the picture viewer on the arch but is much faster loading folders.

Ok so here's exactly what I have to do to get all button on Button Savior to work.
Again I'm rooted via SDE so I'm not sure if this works for Archangel root.
1. With Root explorer, go to System> Bin and look for "input" file.
2. Press and hold for option to pop up and select "Permissions" and ...

Re: Sideloading causes problems with Appslib and Market upda
It's more than just the apps not showing up in the market. I know how to fix that.
Its the fact that the market didn't install them, and is too poorly designed to detect what programs are already installed. Therefore "My Apps" only shows the applications that Market installed, even if the exact ...

I was curious, did you root your A70 using the Archangel method?
