you guys are not alone i created a thread about this issue, i have 2 deffective units with the same speaker issues and im pissed off about this!

i have the same issue with 2 units but it is not a wire issue the speakers are shot and sound distorted when they do try to work for a second or 2!

yea i know.. they are weird about it. I'll try the update on an app market i have and see if it works. and the 1 Ghz i doubt is the problem. It worked on 2.1 with no problems.
