Strongly agree,

Currently when you press the power menu for 2 seconds.
theres already an option that adds a direction pad to the menu bar.
archos can easily adds another option to completely hide the menu bar

I think some of my Apps on the 101 are conflicting with the tethering feature. I was able to connect and then eventually it becomes "unable to connect" The 101 tethers fine evertime I reinstalled the firmware. Tether starts acting funny as I have more apps installed. I preorder my 8GB 101 on Sept 24th and I am the 5th in line.

Maybe that makes a difference.
